The company's vision or mission statement is to implement intellectual property protection devices for business
and single inventors to protect inventive concepts before and during product development stages and to provide
assistance inn reduction to practice "proof of concept" to solidify obtaining initial investment capital or meeting
corporate development milestones.
The company started in April 2007 to assist a technology start-up company obtain cost-effective intellectual
property protection devices including filing patent and trademark applications to secure novel ideas and obtain
funding during product/market development.
Starting Spring 2011, this company implemented new procedures to provide intellectual property protection on a
limited budget (without hourly billing rates) and block pricing (upfront price quote) to prevent billing "headaches".
